About DeKalb i88 Business Park

Description:

Located on 23.68 acres, DeKalb I-88 Business Park is close to distribution centers for 3M, Nestle, Panduit and Target.

Ceiling heights in the 133,000 square foot building range from 12 to 16 feet. Renovated to Leeds-Gold standards, the Duro-Last roof includes unlimited consequential damage protection against leaks for building contents. Men’s and Women’s bathrooms are handicapped accessible, and common-use space includes a cafeteria.

A 200,000 to 300,000 square foot building can be developed on the 13 acres that is north and east of the existing building. This land contains a Union Pacific Railroad spur.

Building Details:

The exterior of the building is steel frame with brick veneer up to 42″ with insulate steel siding above the brick. The roof has a white Duro-Last thermoplastic membrane over R-30 isocyanurate insulation with a reflective value of 88%. The 2008 Duro-Last roof has a 20-year warrantee against leaks that includes unlimited consequential damage protection for building contents. Phase-I and Phase-II engineering reviews are available for inspection.
